Shipping Policy

Sloth of The Day Shipping Policy

We process all orders within 1-2 business days Monday to Saturday. All our items are printed on Demand, so they are brand new and need to be created, and that can take 2-5 business days.

Orders received by 2 p.m. EST are processed the same day. If you place an order after 2 p.m. EST, your order will not be until the following business day. If an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will let you know through email as soon as possible.

Suppose any of the following federal holidays fall on a weekday. In that case, we will not be able to ship or process your order: on Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s Day.

Tracking your Package

Tracking is provided directly by the shipping carrier. We will send you a tracking number for your order as soon as it has been shipped.

Shipping – Lost/Damage Package

If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged don’t hesitate to get in touch with us by email at admin@slothoftheday.com and we will be happy to help resolve the situation as soon as possible.

Holiday Shipping

Holiday Shipping: Most orders for the contiguous U.S. are received within 15 business days or less. However, with the holiday season, some delays may occur due to the high volume of orders, weather conditions, etc.

We apologize in advance if your order falls in this category, and TUWA Pro®️ships orders on time, however, transportation is what causes delays.
